ATTENTION!!! How not to be cheated? Common fraud methods

You need to be aware of all the fraud methods that scammers use on our and other sites to avoid becoming a victim. In this article, we will summarize and publish the most common types of fraud.

  1. If you want to meet a girl/guy and they ask for an advance payment (via bank, e-wallet, SMS, etc.) - this is 100% a scam attempt.
  2. If you want to buy intimate photos and videos from a girl/guy, first arrange a Skype/Whatsapp call (with video) or ask for a test photo to ensure you are really communicating with the person whose photo you see in the ad. If the user refuses to show themselves before payment, in 99% of cases, they are a scammer.
  3. If the user writes "my profile is here " - it means you are being manipulated into registering on a paid site. These are usually pseudo-social sex dating sites where you are asked to register with your phone number or activate your account through a text message, but they will quickly drain all your money. Of course, you won't be able to meet anyone on such sites because the attractive profiles have nothing to do with real people.
  4. If you are promised a large sum for companionship or a meeting but are asked to send intimate photos in advance, you will be scammed 100%! In the best case, the prospective person will disappear immediately, and in the worst case, intimate photos and your correspondence will be seen by your relatives and friends, which could end in blackmail.
  5. If you are asked to enter your Facebook/Odnoklassniki/Gmail/bank credentials (email or phone numbers and password) to access a dating site, this is a trick to access your personal data. Moreover, attackers will be able to send spam and join groups using your account, etc. Of course, they will also be able to change your account password.
  6. Never post and pay for someone else's ads: You will be considered a participant in a fraud scheme.
  7. Never and under no circumstances provide or enter your credit card or bank details on third-party websites.
  8. Do not make advance payments, including deposits, reservation guarantees, or orders.
  9. If you know of other scams you would like to share with other users - write to us! We will add to this article.
