Puh.lv administration informs you that the service fee is charged at the moment you receive a text message.
Pay attention to the points below:
- Check if there is enough space on your phone to receive a new SMS.
- Check if there is enough credit on the phone card.
- If the previous points are in order, check with your mobile operator (LMT, TELE2, Bite) if the approved monthly limit is exceeded. The default limit can be from 30 EUR, depending on the connection. This applies to prepaid cards as well as to the permanent connections.
